Step-by-step explanation:

2(2x+6)-48x=2(2x-6)

4x+12-48x=4x-12

24=48x

x=1/2

Now ,

taking LHS

2(2x+6)-48x

= 2(2X1/2+6)-48X1/2

= -10

RHS

=2(2x-6)

=2(2X1/2-6)

= -10

so LHS= RHS

hence proved
