We know that,

Force = $\frac{GMm}{r^{2}}$ .....(Formula for gravitational force)

=> G = $\frac{Force×r^{2}}{Mm}$

By substituting SI units,

G = $\frac{N×m^{2}}{kg×kg}$

G = $\frac{Nm^{2}}{kg^{2}}$
