let A(-1,-1),B(2,3),C(8,11)

if these three point are co linear then AB = BC

by distance formula

=√{(2+1)+(3+2)}=√{(8-2)+(11-3)}

={3+5}²={8+6}²

=64=196

the distance is not equal so the lines are not collinear
