if on putting x=1,the polynomial become zero, then it hence prove
2 {x}^{3} + 3 {x}^{2} + 7x - 6 \\ 2( {1)}^{3} + 3( {1)}^{2} + 7(1) - 6 \\ 2 + 3 + 7 - 6 \\ 12 - 6 \\ 6
it is not a zero of polynomial

Solution :-

☆ x = 1

:- put the value of x in equation

:- 2x*3 + 3x*2 + 7x -6

= 2 (1)*3 + 3 (1)*2 + 7(1) - 6

= 2+3+7-6

= 12 - 6

= 6

Hence, Its is not the Zeros of polynomial
