Arranging the elements according to the periodic table moving from left to right, we have

Sodium, Potassium, Silicon, Nitrogen

Here nitrogen is the element present right most in the periodic table, so it the non-metal of the list.

Also, of the four elements, nitrogen is the one in gaseous state.

Therefore  Nitrogen is nonmetallic and a gas at room temperature.
