Silk and wool are two animal fibres. Will it be wrong to admit that we able to get them because of plants only?

No it is not wrong to say that we are able to get them because of plant.

Because the animals from which we get silk (silkworm) and the animals from which we get wool (sheep, angora rabbit etc.) depends on plant for their survival.

No it's absolutely right because silk is obtained from silk worms which feed on the leaves and wool is obtained from sheep which feeds on grass
