Given : (3 +  \sqrt{3} )(2 +  \sqrt{2} )^2

We know that (a + b)^2 = a^2 + b^2 + 2ab

(3 +  \sqrt{3} )(2 + 4 + 4 \sqrt{2} )

= (3 +  \sqrt{3} )(4 \sqrt{2} + 6)

3 * 4 \sqrt{2} + 3 * 6 +  \sqrt{3} * 4 \sqrt{2} +  \sqrt{3} * 6

= 12 \sqrt{2} + 18 + 4 \sqrt{6} + 6 \sqrt{3}

Hope this helps!
