simply multiply them with complete raise to power 2...((3root2)^2-(2root3)^2)^2= (18-12)^2=6^2=36....

=6√2+4√3+6√2-4√3
now, 4√3 and -4√3 gets cancelled.
=6√2+6√2
=12√2
=6√2+4√3+6√2-4√3
now, 4√3 and -4√3 gets cancelled.
=6√2+6√2
=12√2
