TO SIMPLIFY

(3a − 2)(a − 1)(2a + 9)

EVALUATION

 \sf{(3a - 2)(a - 1)(2a + 9)}

  = \sf{ \bigg[3a (a - 1) - 2(a - 1) \bigg](2a + 9)}

  = \sf{ \bigg[3 {a}^{2}  - 3a - 2a + 2 \bigg](2a + 9)}

  = \sf{ (3 {a}^{2}  - 5a + 2) (2a + 9)}

  \sf{  =2a (3 {a}^{2}  - 5a + 2) +9 (3 {a}^{2}  - 5a + 2)}

  \sf{   = 6 {a}^{3 }  - 10 {a}^{2} + 4a + 27{a}^{2}  - 45a + 18 }

  \sf{   = 6 {a}^{3 }   + 17 {a}^{2}   - 41a + 18 }
