 \frac{ {8}^{ - 1} \times 5 ^{3}  }{ {2}^{ - 4} }   \\ =   \frac{ {2}^{ - 3}  \times  {5}^{3} }{ {2}^{ - 4} }  \\  =   2 \times  {5}^{3}

Note: 2^-3/2^-4= 2^-3-(-4)= 2^-3+4= 2
