six years ago,the ratio of the ages ofkunal and sagar was6:5 4 years laterthe ratio of their ages willbe 11:10. what is the sagar"s age at present ?

let age of kunal be x and sagar be y years
so 
x-6/y-6=6/5 before 6 yrs
and
after 4 yrs
x+4/y+4=11/10
simplifying we get
5x-30=6y-36
or 5x-6y+6=0
similarly by simplifying second we get
10x-11y-4=0
now we have
10x-11y-4=0......1
and 5x -6y+6=0.........2
multiplying 2nd  by  2 and subtracting from 1st eqn
10x-11y-4=0
10x-12y+6=0
by subtracting we get
y-16=0
y=16
so age of sagar is 16
and of kunal is 18 (if you are interesrted :P)
