Threatened species are any species (including animals, plants, fungi, etc.) which are vulnerable to endangerment in the near future. Species that are threatened are sometimes characterised by the population dynamics measure of critical depensation, a mathematical measure of biomass related to population growth rate. This quantitative metric is one method of evaluating the degree of endangerment.
Hai friend,
Today ,one of the major problem faced by our environment is the vanishing of wildlife . The major cause of this problem is our cruel activities towards the environment .
One major cause is deforestation .
We are cutting down trees and forests in a large number in the name of development . By this we are destroying the living place of many creatures . This will definitly effect our ecosystem . Illeagal hunting is also a problem . The government have made many laws .But they are not actively effective .
We should know that we are responsible to protect our wildlife and do whatever we can do for protecting our wildlife.
Hope it's helpful to you.
