Socialization and orientation are the two processes that take place in any society between which a key difference or a main difference can be identified. All of us undergo through the socialization process as we are also a part of the society. When it comes to me. I think that orientation has a little difference from socialization although it is also a form of the introduction to a particular context. I think you have heard of orientation programs in organisations or at universities or similar places.

The intention of these programs is to familiarise the individual with context.
