Hey there !

Thanks for the question !

Here's the answer !

Equation : √3 x - 2 = 2√3 + 4

=> √3 x - 2√3 = 4 + 2

=> √3 ( x - 2 ) = 6

=> x - 2 = 6 / √3

Rationalising the RHS we get,

=> RHS:  \frac{6}{ \sqrt{3} } \times \frac { \sqrt {3} }{ \sqrt{3} }

=> RHS:  \frac{6 \sqrt{3} }{3}

=> RHS : 2√3

=> Equation = x = 2 + 2√3

=> x = 2 ( 1 + √3 )

Which is option (d).

Hence Option ( d ) is correct.

Hope my answer helped !
