Hi there!

Let 4x-3/2x+1 = x
& 2x+1/4x-3 =1/x [Since it's reciprocal]

So,

x - 10(1/x) = 3

x - 10/x = 3

x²- 10 = 3x

x² - 3x - 10 = 0

x² - 5x + 2x - 10 = 0

x (x - 5) + 2(x - 5) = 0

(x - 5)(x + 2) = 0

x = 5 and x= -2

Cheers!
