u = 10 m/s
using v = u + at
at = v-u
=) a = v-u/t
a = 30- 10/t = 20/t -----(1)
now using v^2 = u^2 +2as
=) (30)^2 = (10)^2 +2×20/t × 4000
=) 900 = 100 + 160000/t
=) 160000/t = 900-100
=) 160000/t = 800
=) t = 160000/800 = 200 sec
