★ Hi , there !!★

here is your answer !!

given = m + n = mn = 10

ax² -5x + c

sum of zeroes = > m + n = - b / a

=> 10 = 5 / a as { m + n = 10 }

a = 1 / 2 ----------------(1)

now ,

mn = c / a => c / 1 / 2

from equation 1 ( value of a )

10 = c / 1 / 2

c => 5

hope it helps you dear !!

thanks !!

Heya dear ,

here is your answer,

______________

Given, polynomial = ax2 – 5x + c  ...  (1)

It is given that m and n are its zeros such that

m + n = mn = 10

From (1),

sum \: of \: zeros \:  = m + n =  \frac{ - ( - 5)}{a}  =  \frac{5}{a}  \\  \\  =  >  \frac{5}{a}  = 10 \\  \\  =  > a =  \frac{1}{2}

and \: product \: of \: zeros = mn =  \frac{c}{a}  = 10 \\  \\  =  >  \frac{c}{\frac{1}{2} }  = 10 \\  \\  =  > 2c = 10 \\  \\  =  > c = 5
