SOLUTION

Given that, the radius (r) of cone is 3cm and height (h) is 4cm

& the available paper sheet is 1000cm^2

& surface area of cone = πrl

also slant height (l)= r^2+ h^2

=) l= 3^2+4^2

=) l= 9+16

=) l= 25

=)l= 5

surface area of joker cap= 22/7× 3×5

=) 330/7 cm^2

Number of caps that can be manufactured from that paper sheet

=) 1000/330/7cm^2

=) 1000× 7/330 cm^2

=) 21.21cm^2

=) 21cm^2 [answer]

hope it helps☺️

\huge\underline\mathfrak\red{Solution}

\bold\pink{Given}

\bold{Radius=3cm}

\bold{Height=4cm}

\bold{Available\:Paper\:Sheet=1000cm^2}

So Now formula used will be \bold{πrl}

Now we need to find \huge{l}

l =  \sqrt{ {r}^{2}  +  {l}^{2} }

l =  \sqrt{ {3}^{2}  +  {4}^{2} }

l =  \sqrt{9 + 16}

l =  \sqrt{25}

l = 5 \: cm

Now ,

 \dfrac{22}{7}  \times 3 \times 5 =  \dfrac{330}{7}

Now ,

no \: of \: caps \:  =  \dfrac{total}{available}

no \: of \: caps =  \dfrac{1000}{ \frac{330}{7} }

 =  \dfrac{1000 \times 7}{330}

 =  \dfrac{100 \times 7}{33}

 =  \dfrac{700}{33}  = 21.21

Since caps can't be taken in points or decimals so,

\bold{\underline{Caps\:Required=22}}
