We know that nth term of an AP is Given by : a + (n - 1)d

⇒ 15th term (a₁₅) = a + (15 - 1)d = a + 14d

⇒ 6th term (a₆) = a + (6 - 1)d = a + 5d

Given a₁₅ - a₆ = -27/2

⇒ a + 14d - (a + 5d) = -27/2

⇒ a + 14d - a - 5d = -27/2

⇒ 9d = -27/2

⇒ d = -3/2

⇒ Common Difference = -3/2

Option (2) is the Answer
