11) Side length = 23 cm

Area of plot = (side)²

= (23cm)² = 529 cm

12) Cost of 10 apples = Rs. 120

Cost of 1 apple = Rs. 120/10 = Rs. 12

Number of apples (n) with Rs. 607 = Rs. 12*n=607

n=50.58

Number of apples that can be bought is 50 (since a fraction of apple can't be bought)

considering that , amount left = Rs.607-(50*12)=Rs. 7

13) a) (5*x) + 15 = 5x+15

b) (z-12)

14) Number of teachers = 102

Number of students = 3300

Ratio of teachers to students = 102:3300

= 17:550

15) height = h cm

length = 6h cm

breadth = (6h-10) cm
