Hi Mate!!

We know that Sin² ( x ) + Cos² ( x ) = 1 and 1 / Cos ( x ) = Sec ( x )

Exp:-

Sin² ( x ) + Cos² ( x ) / Cos (x )

1 / Cos ( x )

Sec ( x )

Where x = theta

Have a nice time

Here  to prove

\frac{sin^2\theta}{cos\theta} +cos\theta = sec\theta

LHS

= \frac{sin^2\theta}{cos\theta} + cos\theta\\

= \frac{(sin^2\theta + cos^2\thata)}{cos\theta}\\

∵ sin²Ф + cos²Ф = 1

= \frac{1}{cos\thetha}

= sec Ф [∵ 1/cosФ = secФ]

= RHS
