a weak acid and a weak base.. because salts are formed only when one strong acid and one strong base or one weak acid and one weak base reacts together.... And as purple cabbage juice is organic acid because it is derived from a natural thing, cabbage so it's a weak acid.... nd in the question, it has been asked about salt.... so there is only one condition for becoming a salt during reaction with a weak acid, that is:
The base should also be weak...
So the answer is :- A weak acid and a weak base
