Answer:2x-3x=-7(transposing method  used make sure, correct and easy than trail and terror method )

-1x=-7

x=7

trial and terror ( use transposing method to verify )

consider x as1

then(NOTE: x is also used as a sign of multiplication hope you can identify)

2 x 1 + 7 =3 x1 thus it is false

consider x as 2

2 x 2 + 7= 3 x  2

thus flase

then you  have to consider x  as 3 ,4,5,6

and when you reach 7 you will get the right answer

2 x 7 + 7= 3 x 7

21=21

:Hope this was helpful
