2^{-a}  × 5^{-c} × 7^{c} = 7/200

Explanation

1960 = 2^{a}× 5^{b} × 7^{c}                        _  _ _ _ _ _ _(expand the equation)

2 × 2 × 2 × 5 × 7 × 7 = 2^{a} × 5^{b} × 7^{c}

2^{3} × 5^{1} × 7^{2} = 2^{a} × 5^{b} × 7^{c}

comparing the power 2,5,and 7 on both side of equation

we Have, a = 3 , b = 1 , c = 2

Hence,

the value of 2^{-a}  × 5^{-c} × 7^{b}

2^{-3} × 5^{-2} × 7^{1}

1/8 × 1/25 × 7

= 7/200
