Answer:

substitution method

3x-2y=5 ------------------------eq(1)

12x-8y=10 ---------------------eq(2)

in eq(2)÷2 both side / common number 2

2(6x-4y)=2*5

6x-4y=5 ---------------------eq(3)

in eq(1)

3x=5+2y

x=(2y+5)/3

in eq(3)

6x-4y=5

put the value of x in eq (3),

6{(2y+5)/3}-4y=5

2(2y+5)-4y=5

4y+10-4y=5

answer=inconsistency
