Solve this linear equation. divide a straight line 24 cm long into two parts so that twice the length of one part is 3cm more than the length of the other part

Answer:

let one part be x and another be 2x

so ATQ

2x + x+3 - 24

3x is equal to 21

x is equal to 7

the 2 parts are

14 and 7+3 which is 10
