The answer is 38
Beacause you noticed that the right digit is the first in both then I add 5+3=8

In fig1, take the square of every number around the circle and sum up, it is 78.


Same is the case with 2nd and 3rd figures.


In the last figure, if we square and add all the numbers around the circle, the sum is 54 and not 52.
