Since 3 ten ohm resistance and 1 ten ohm resistance are in parallel
Rs= 10 + 10 + 10= 30ohm
1/Rp = 1/30 + 1/10
1/Rp = 3/30
Rp = 10ohm
so
R equivalent = 10ohm
from ohm law
v = iR
i = V/R
i = 3/10
i = 0.3A

Resistance of the upper branch FCE are in series.
So, equivalent resistance in the branch FCE= R1 = 10 Ω + 10 Ω = 20 Ω
Resistance of lower branch FDE are in series
So, equivalent resistance in the branch FDE = R2 = 10 Ω + 10 Ω = 20 Ω
The two resistance R1 and R2 are parallel to each other.
If R is the equvalent resistance of network, then
1/R = 1/20
or R = 10 Ω
Current, V = IR
I = 3/10
l = 0.3 A
