here , the resistance of 3 Ω and 6 Ω are connected to positive to negative terminal without any resistance !!!
so there is short- circuit among the resistance of 3 and 6 Ω .
hence there will be no current supply !!
now ,
as we talk about 10 Ω resistance
there is flow of current Because it is connected through switch
now , current = potential difference / resistance
I = V / R
I = 10 V / 10 Ω
l= 1 A
hence , the answer is Option number B
hence , there is flow of 1 Ampare of current
