2x-x/6=4/2
x/6=2
x=12
2x-x/6=4/2

(2x-3)/6=(x+9)/6
6(2x-3)=6(x+9)
12x-18=6x+54
12x-6x=54+18
6x=72
x=72/6
x=12
6(2x-3)=6(x+9)
