Answer:

 \sf \frac{x}{3}   \: +  \: \frac{1}{5}  = \frac{x}{2}  - 7

 \sf \to\frac{5x + 3}{15}  = \frac{x - 14}{2}

 \sf \to2({5x + 3}) =15( {x - 14})

 \sf \to10x + 6= 15x - 210

  \sf \to10x - 15x  =  - 210 - 6

 \sf \to - 5x =  - 216

\sf \to  \not-5x = \not - 216

 \sf \to5x = 216

 \sf \to x = \frac{216}{5}

 \red{ \boxed{ \boxed{ \sf{{x \:  =  \: 43.2}}}}}
