Hi ☺ !!

Y - 3 = -2/4 - h ( x - h )

Y - 3 = -1/2 - hx + h²

Y - 3 = -1 - 2 ( hx + h² ) / 2

2 (Y - 3 ) = -1 - 2hx - 2h²

2Y - 6 + 1 = -2hx - 2h²

2Y - 5 = -2hx - 2h²

2Y = ( -2hx - 2h² )

Y = ( -2hx - 2h² ) / 2

Y = 2 ( -hx - h² ) / 2

Y = ( -hx - h² ) .
