dear its depend of which subject notebook you want to decorate

if you want to decorate of math
then use simple tape in boundaries and multiplication, division, addition, subtraction etc signs on the above of notebook

if u want to decorate of hindi
then use a light colour cover with a dark colour tape and paste a small poet photo with the name and use your own thoughts above the notebook and write your details in hindi language

and if you want to decorate some other notebooks then simply use tape and use the things related to that notebook
