see, at first for class 10 i think every kind of gramer is important like narration,voice, degree, specially transformation of sentence...
after that if you want to know and talk english fluently you should follow the all rules of tense.after that you should have a big knowledge of vocabulary means english words which is most important part for learning english..
After all you should love english then you can learn it because it is a literature...
