Well, The Relation of air filled Capacitor to a dielectric capacitor is Cd= K*Co
So, Here it will be Cd={Ko+B(x)} Co.
So at a Particular Distance The value will change if you want to be more precise just differentiate the whole term by dx and you ll get the Capacitor Gradient
