(1). The human beings are gifted with the tongue to speak. Depending on the personality, the type of talk varies. The tongue of a man moves quickly and thus there is a chance to speak irrelevant.

(2). Every one can speak, this is a gift. But only some people can come up with a thoughtful talks which are irrelevant.
