Answer:

hello mate..

The relationship of the speed of sound vw, its frequency f, and its wavelength λ is given by vwfλ, which is the same relationship given for all waves. In air, the speed of sound is related to air temperature T by vw=(331m/s)√T273K v w = ( 331 m/s ) T 273 K . vw is the same for all frequencies and wavelengths.

hope it helps..

maximum wavelength is 16.5 m

& minimum wavelength is

16.5 ×10-³ m

•Speed of sound is 330 m/s

•Relation between spped of sound , frequency and wavelength of sound wave is :

V = vk

•where V = speed of sound

v = frequency of sound wave

k = wavelength of sound wave

So , k = V/v

•Wavelength of wave is maximum when its frequency is minimum & wavelength is minimum when frequency is maximum .

•Also , Audible range of frequency of sound wave is from 20 Hz to 20,000 Hz

•where Hz is Hertz ( unit of frequency)

• For Maximum wavelength of sound wave :

v = 20 Hz

k = 330 / 20

k = 16.5 m

• For Minimum wavelength of sound wave

v = 20,000 Hz

k = 330/20,000

k = 16.5 ×10-³ m

•so, maximum wavelength is 16.5 m

& minimum wavelength is

16.5 ×10-³ m
