(ii) It leads to fertilization.
(iii) It is an external process.

Fertilization :
(i) It is the fusion of male gamete with female gamete (egg).
(ii) It leads to formation of seeds.
(iii) It is an internal process.

pollination is a process of transfer of polleins from one another such as air ,water ,winds or some insects
Fertilisation on the other hand is the fission of the male and female gemeties .It occurs inside the ovule and leads to the formation of zygote.
