unit of relative density is zero .it has no unit. When a body immersed partially or completely in water it experience an upward force and its magnitude is equal to the weight of the fluid displaced by the body

Hi friend ,

Archimedes' principle states that when a body is fully or partially immersed in a fluid,it experiences an upward force that is equal to the weight of the fluid displaced by it.

Relative density has no unit because it is a ratio of similar quantities .
