mass and gravitational pull. the gravity is always same. So it should be mass of the body.

Weight depends on mass and gravity. W = mg

the quantity m cannot be zero however weight may change due to change in the value of g or when g is countered by the reaction force of the ground.

An object having mass can have zero weight(weightless) if:

(1) It is orbitting around earth

(2) In a state of free fall

(3) In zero gravity flights

(4) In interstellar space

(5) In levitation
