Hello mate..

the factors are:

1)the surface area of the electrodes-larger the surface aare,less is the internal resistance

2)The distance between the electrodes - more the distance, greater the internal resistance

3)The nature and concentration of the electrolyte - less ionic the electrolyte or higher the concentration, greater the internal resistance

4)Temperature of electrolyte- higher the temperature, less is the internal resistance
