The reasons for this are as follows -
1} To be a system called as democracy there should be rule of people which was not in Pakistan.
2} NO regular elections took place and hence it cant be called as democracy.
3}There was only one representative and hence they had no other choice.
4} NO one was given the right to speak against the rules which is not a feature of democracy

Answer:
Pakistan under General Musharraf should not be called a democracy due to the following reasons:
(i) People may have elected their representatives to the national and provincial assemblies but those elected representatives are not really the rulers.
