Daiphragm plays a very crucial role in physical process of breathing. As it contracts during exhalation while expand during inhalation. The muscle are too stretcheble as it supposed to support one of the necessary life process, that is breathing.....


Tips:- The strength of Diaphragm can be enhanced by during simple exercise like running, playing foot ball, skipping,ect...

like , Diaphragm also restless.

Diaphragm's Role in Breathing. When the diaphragm contracts and moves lower, the chest cavity enlarges, reducing the pressure inside the lungs. To equalize the pressure, air enters the lungs. When the diaphragmrelaxes and moves back up, the elasticity of the lungs and chest wall pushes air out of the lungs.
