Actually social qualities refer to "social" as the root word which further takes our thoughts to how a salesperson should be in front of his customers.
Social qualities of a salesperson actually indicates the qualities that he would use, i.e. he should behave well, or present himself well, work well, convince well, and sell well about any particular product to his/her customer.Hence he should be able to deal with all kinds of customers.
Hence social qualities form a very important factor for consideration for sale of a business product. So he should be ethical, well mannered, be courteous with customers and be cheerful enough while demonstrating about any product. Above all, he should possess confidence.
