Explanation:

The force is directly proportional to the current I flowing in the wire

The force is directly proportional to the strength of magnetic field

The force is directly proportional to the length L of conductor ( wire ) within the magnetic field .

WHEN THE FORCE IS ZERO

when the direction of magnetic field is parallel to the same direction of current then no Force is act on the conductor ( wire ) and it dose not move.
