False, heat and temperature have got different units to measure their intensity.

Heat, in its prime form is known as energy, which is necessarily measured into joules.

The joules may be converted into watts. But the temperature measures are always related to degree centigrade, Fahrenheit, Kelvin, etc.

Therefore, there lies a straight different between heat and temperature which are physically related to the same conception.
