The reaction is not possible because Cu is less reactive then Fe.

If u add Fe to the CuSO4 then, it's possible for reaction as Fe is more reactive then CU.

Then the reaction will be like this

Fe+CuSO4→FeSO4+Cu

Explanation:

When a piece of copper is placed in iron sulphate solution then no change will be observed. This is because copper is less reactive than iron, therefore, unable to displace it from its solution.  

Cu + FeSO_{4} --> is not possible.

But if your adding iron to copper sulphate then the equation is this:-

Fe + CuSO_{4} --> FeSO_{4} + Cu
