● Emperor Ashoka was a great ruler of mauryan dynasty who tried to unify India and also he was very much concerned with the development it and comfort of his people.
● He won many things in war and try to unify India in this process a great war was held between two kingdoms under the leadership of Ashoka.
● Though Ashoka won the war he was greatly e depressed by the death that occurred due to his wish for war and was vexed with the kingship and adopted Buddhism and meditated on God and acquired inner peace.
