Explanation:

this question relates to english not music...

I was awestruck when I read few pieces in which writers feel they were not informed. Well, there are thousand of different things they weren’t informed about either. The ones which they don’t like — is the one they raise their voice for. If not knowing was the concern then they should have wrote for many other upgrades too. Anyway, they have fallen into a simple loop. Criticize any new thing because the people love stories like that.

Fun fact: I love controversial stories too.

But I believe change should be welcomed and incorporated. Once they have used the system for a good amount of time then they can voice their suggestion. Simply saying the old system was better without giving the new one a chance is unfair.

On other hand, medium should have rolled this feature in phase. Or make it optional to test it out. But maybe they had some challenges to do this. I hope they are working hard to make this a good thing.

Misuse

People who want to misuse any system will go ahead and find a way. Saying ‘clapping’ can be misused is true and so can be any feature.

As long as the people who don’t misuse the system starts misusing, there is nothing to worry. And I believe in you. Just because there is a new system, you aren’t going to change your morality, right?

I hope this system brings in a positive change. Let us make this a success.

Answer:

A clap is the percussive sound made by striking together two flat surfaces, as in the body parts of humans or animals. Humans clap with the palms of their hands, often quickly and repeatedly to express appreciation or approval (see applause), but also in rhythm as a form of body percussion to match the sounds in music, dance, chants, hand games, and clapping games. Some people slap the back of one hand into the palm of the other hand to signify urgency or enthusiasm. This act may be considered uncouth by others. Clapping is used in many forms of music. One example is in gospel music. In flamenco and sevillanas, two Spanish musical genres, clapping is called palmas and often sets the rhythm and is an integral part of the songs. A sampled or synthesized clap is also a staple of electronic and pop music Applause (Latin applaudere, to strike upon, clap) is primarily a form of ovation by the act of clapping, or striking the palms of the hands together, in order to create noise. Audiences usually applaud after a performance, such as a musical concert, speech, or play, as a sign of enjoyment and approval. Clapping nowadays is very popular and in most countries audience members clap their hands at random to produce a constant noise. It tends to synchronize naturally to a weak degree; in Russia, Norway and many northern and eastern European countries synchronized clapping is more popular than random clapping.
