Bullying without comprehensive definition, can be physical, sexual, verbal or emotional in nature. This can involve physical, emotional, verbal, and cyberbullying. For an act to be considered bullying it must meet certain criteria. This includes hostile intent, imbalance of power, repetition, distress, and provocation. Bullying can have a wide spectrum of effects on a student including anger, depression, stress and suicide. The person who is bullied is affected, and the bully can also grow up to develop different social disorders or have higher chances of engaging in criminal activity.

Ans.                                                                                            INSECURITY

Ravi was one of the most intelligent students in the class. But he was a victim of insecurity that he may score poorly in the Board Examinations. Mr Shekhar, the English teacher was surprised to see that Ravi who was an intelligent student of the class, had become insecure. Some students brought it to the notice of the teacher that Ravi was facing problems at home. His mother was suffering from acute asthma for a long time and his father’s income was too meagre to meet medical expenses. Thus Ravi suffered from anxiety and had been neglecting his studies for some time. Mr Shekhar decided to help Ravi. He offered monetary help. However, Ravi refused it as he was a self-respecting boy. Mr Shekhar did not want a bright student’s career to be ruined only because of some money problem. Mr Shekhar asked Ravi to give tuitions to weak students in order to earn money. Ravi’s financial crisis was soon over and as a result, he gained confidence and came up with good marks in his Board Examinations. It is true that teachers are our true friends, philosophers and guides.

hope it helps..
